At Ala Bella we produce small batches of products at a time, and all of our artisanal ranges are hand crafted in Africa, so if the quantity you require is not in stock (wholesale or not), please get in touch with us on support@alabella.co.uk we will be more than happy to arrange that for you.

Dispatch 

• Regular orders will be dispatched from the UK, the order processing time is 2 to 4 days. Larger and wholesale orders will firstly need to be put in production in Africa; where the confection can take 3-7 days, depending on the raw materials availability, styles and volume of order.
• Furthermore, please be mindful of the overall shipping time from West Africa to the UK, and then your order is beautifully consolidated and prepared to expedite to your country of residence; which can take up to 10 days; end to end. This is just an estimation, so with Covid 19, some unforeseen delays may occur within transit; but we have a strong system in place and we will endeavour to always exceed your expectation.
• We take all Outfit orders during the first two weeks of each month, before the order is sent to production, which should take approximately 10 to 12 days (depending on the volume of orders received that month) to arrive in the UK before it is dispatched to you.

    The shipping cost within West Africa is 6000 xof, if we encountered any additional shipping charges while your order is in transit; be sure that you will be made aware of it. 

    Please do remember that shipping costs within Mali will be relatively cheaper due to having an Ala Bella HQ in Bamako. So, shipping costs across Bamako will be comparatively cheaper than shipping within the sub-regions of Mali.
